I don't even know where to begin to thank you for all of the time and more that you put into making not just my life better but ME better. I was dealing with A LOT and the fact that I didn't even know or could even see that I was dealing with a lot until our sessions began is crazy to me. I was so wrapped up in my normal day-to-day routines of being so busy and so overwhelmed that it was almost like my body was just automatically stuck in anxiety mode or stress mode.
